SaaS Version – Server Requirements

Your web hosting account/server must be using Cpanel or Plesk control panels

Other web hosting control panels are currently not currently supported.

Cpanel or Plesk are required for API calls that must be made to the server, for dynamic creation of databases.

Minimum Server Requirements

• PHP – 8.2 (note that PHP 8.3 is not yet supported)
• Plesk or Cpanel
• BCMath PHP Extension
• Ctype PHP Extension
• Fileinfo PHP extension
• JSON PHP Extension
• Mbstring PHP Extension
• OpenSSL PHP Extension
• PDO PHP Extension
• Tokenizer PHP Extension
• XML PHP Extension
• MySQL (or MariaDB) Database
• GD Library >= v2.0
• Wildcard SSL Certificate
